10% less damage (25% on his Q, but it's essentially an AA reset), but twice as often, so the net gain is still enormous, and that's not including the value of PD damage reduction. He gets much more value out of crit than any other champion with the addition of only needing 2 items to reach full potential.

This is why piecemeal crit builds will never be a thing again. Yasuo pretty much ruins crit itemization for every other champion in the game.

Ok sure, then few things needed to add as compensation:

  • AA range reduced to 400.
  • W passive changed from True Damage to Physical Damage.
  • Q AD scaling changed from 30/35/40/45/50% total AD to 20% at all ranks.
  • Ult's bonus effect on her passive removed.
