2016 would have been amazing for Pre-Rework Graves
From the perspective of an ADC Main, all that the 'Pre-Season Marksman Update' changes did to Graves for me was make it so that there was one less AD Carry to play as. All saltiness aside, let's take a look at what could have been if Pre-Rework Graves existed this season.
Assumed Builds
Build 1:
Build 2:

Both builds would grant him 40% CDR. This would put his Quickdraw's Cooldown at roughly 8.4 seconds. Since Critical Strike Chance and % Movement Speed was added to Runaan's Hurricane, the item would now be viable on Crit Graves. With it's passive, every Basic Attack would remove 1.5 seconds from its remaining cooldown. This means that after ~4 Basic Attacks, Quickdraw would be off cooldown.
Build 2, on the other hand, while not as mobile sure to the absence of Runaan's Hurricane, would be providing enough both % and Flat Armor Penetration to fulfil both his current and former late game fantasy of blowing up single targets by weaving Basic Attacks and Abilities.
Let's just think for a moment, my fellow ADC mains, what Graves could have been this season if Riot actually play tested Old Graves with the Post-Marksman-Update ADC items before effectively removing and replacing a Champion players loved for seasons.
