I feel like these things should travel a lot farther than they do currently. Nidalee's Spears/Javelins have a maximum travel distance of 1500 units according to the league wiki. Rumble's can only travel about half of that distance. And yea I know spears and harpoons aren't the same thing, but they're pretty damn similar.

No they wouldn't. This buff would do barely anything. It would make Rumble's poke a little bit better and he'd be slightly better at zoning people. The damage is still almost nothing even if it hits. This ability is used almost exclusively for the slow.
