Think of it as if I was playing Malzahar and I bought 1 item which gave me another 10% CDR for every 20 AP I had, that is how essence reaver is right now.
Eh, not really... You still need 2 full items (ER and 1 with 10% CDR and 20% crit) to reach full CDR.
I do agree ER would be more balanced if it granted 1/2 your extra crit chance in CDR though - which would require you to get 40% Crit to get 20% CDR.
More like for every 200 AP lel. Also Essence Reaver can only give 30% cdr.
It can be fixed kinda easy:
UNIQUE: Gain up to +20% additional Cooldown Reduction (10% Cooldown Reduction for every 20% Critical Strike Chance from other sources).
So basicly you will need 40% Crit to gain the 20% Cooldown Reduction rather than just 20%. That's:
So basicly you need another item to get the 30% cooldown reduction. This might solve the rush in certain situations.
