Requesting community support for a minor QOL change in draft.

Replace Swap champion, with swap pick order. It solves all issues generated by player with a low champion pool and the frustrating inherent with some one who does not own any of your mains. I can see zero downsides to this change + its implementation should be fairly simple.

People who want to get FP (OTP's for example) Stand to gain. People who like to Counter pick their lane. Stand to gain. People who don't want to get counter picked. Stand to gain.

Unless I have missed something its only a net positive for everybody. I am fully aware its minor but it does serve to improve the game. So if you do care about improvements I would appreciate your support on making this visible. Like we as a community used to do back in the old boards.

allowing you to swap pick order would be too good.

First picking is supposed to be a disadvantage.

As it stands you can request a teammate swap you champions to evade the disadvantage of FP anyhow, its just RNG on if your teammates can or cant do it.

This already exists in the game but is just inconsistent, oh and it favors Duos.

Juice. I would appreciate a response. I don't see a difference between champion swap and order swap other then 1 has frusturating rng. I would like the context on why you treat the two differently.

Seeing diffrent perspectives is helpful for me.

As it stands I feel the current system favors duos/premades. I have a pretty blatent negative bias on how riot handles duo.

Because pick swap is much more reliable than champion swap...

Not everyone owns all the champs. Counterpicking would be impossible and too easy at the same time.

Top would just auto last pick. Yasuo would auto first pick.. You get the idea, too reliable.

You could re-arrange the entire pick order

This would create a meta pick order

Right but as it stands as a solo player its luck of the draw for champ swap. Duos can hedge their bets. I got a lot of folks I can play so I tend to be ok if I swap and have to go down to like a 4th string pick as long as im not near the top of my performances from grinding mains.

Does pro play have a meta pick order? I don't follow closely enough to know. What's that look like if it does and is it good or bad for the game?
