@Riot please consider Karthus as another mage update candidate

He doesn't need a whole lot of work done to him but I feel like he is fully justified to be a target for some modernizing. Especially with the random nerf at the beginning of the season that drastically reduced his power, and the upcoming Taric rework adding yet another way to counter his ultimate, can't you send a little love his way? His pick- and win- rates have been steadily declining; I think it's time you did something about that.
