Do you lose value on champ shards you own if the champion drops in value?

If you get a single 6300 champ shard from a capsule, and that champ gets dropped to 4800 tier afterward, does the disenchant value go down as well?

Good question, I would guess it would drop, since the value of the champ/shard in the data base would have it's values adjusted.

Would be pretty messed up. I'd suggest locking shard values at whatever they are when acquired. I'm saving some 6300s right now for when I get mastery tokens later, but if I end up needing blue essence for something else, the 6300 shards are the easiest way to get it. It would suck (read: be more bad design) if they degrade over time.
