Does Windspeaker work on selfheal?
The mastery page description says it does, the ingame description says it doesn't.
I mean the 10% incresed heal part, both agree that the 15% resist buff doesn't work on self

Duke Anax1 votesI would be weird that they use that particular phrasing on the mastery page without intending it. After all supports do heal themselves. So a reduced effect for that is totally plausible.
Question is, did they add the selfheal buff or remove it? Which is the original version, which the current one, on life?
