I would like to possibly have this spell nerfed or other summoner spells buffed to give people a tougher choice in what they are picking. Maybe have ghost be a viable option instead. Example: Barrier make you spell immune for 2 seconds while having the shield.
Reason: Name 1 game in LCS, Challenger, or Diamond rank that a single person doesn't run flash.

Hecarim top doesn't run flash in the Korean LCS.
It's mostly Teleport Ignite.
