As for Lucian, Meddler commented they would also be looking at nerfs for 6.11: "We'll be nerfing Lucian because of Lucian. Ranges most likely (possible options at present look like Q passthrough range and W range), with the goal of keeping his in fight power/mobility but making him pay a bit more price for it.

It is, but as an ADC she's relying on her AA to do the bulk of her damage. So while, yes, her Q range is long. Her everything else range isn't. And I play Siv a lot, I max her W for premium CS, but if those minions break funny, it's a wasted ability.
Point being, she's not comparable to Lucian at this point in time.

Sivir is much less overbearing than Lucian, however we may see her due for nerfs too. However, currently Lucian is dominating much more.

I don't agree.Sivir 95% p/b rate for Korea.Also Sivir has more characteristic.Lucian is only lane bully but Sivir hypercarry, safe adc, best waveclear teamfight adc (with ulti)

The Taco Kat2 votesI'm Plat 1 and Sivir definitely isn't a hypercarry. Also, I'm just throwing my rank out to show you how stupid saying what your rank is before you inform someone of something. She has high utility that allows her to get fed off of assists when she doesn't receive kills. This allows her to snowball faster than other ADCs, though not as crazily as someone like Jinx.

bdmanny1 votesYeah but don't nerf him!!! He's my favorite and I feel like if you don't play like crap you can keep up with him. A lot of my lane dominance comes from landing q's, which can be dodged, and my support being good or bad.
