Secret item released and unannounced

So as some of you may have noticed (like 2 people), there's a "brand new" item available in the store called Executioner's Calling!

This item is easily insanely OP yet no one buys it yet, for ONLY 800g it reduces all healing your target receives by 40%!!!!! Thats like having a permanent ignite on whoever you're attacking!

No longer will all that healing the enemy ADC gets from the Ardent Censer or whoever is carrying it around for them, be such a huge problem!

What's that? The enemy team also have red Kayn, and a Mundo? Well good luck to them healing with your amazing and OP heal debuff that you can buy at any point in the game!

TL;DR

Buy a frigging executioners already, there's that much healing in the game its worth it, and no don't rage at your Nami support and tell her to build it instead
