A few years ago, evelynn's stun was removed because getting instakilled from stealth is unfair.
Why doesn't this logic apply to qiyana? How is her overloaded kit considered fair now, when it won't be a few years ago.

Evelynn just popped out of nowhere right next to you, stunned you, and killed you. Your warning was getting stunned.
Qiyana is visible unless she uses her Brush-empowered Q, which then gives advanced warning and limits her invisibility location. Additionally, her stun can be counterplayed by simply stepping far enough away from a wall.
Qiyana's stun is strong, definitely, but it's not comparable to old Evelynn.
- Don't feed her a lead.
- Stay away from walls and keep Flash on ready.
- Don't give her bushes to spam with W.
In other words, fight her in lane! Then she's next to useless.
