Think about it this way. You will now be dealing 5.5% of the target's Max HP split between Physical and Magic Dmg. Plus Rageblade is still a thing. Just buy Jungle Item, Boots, Deadmans so you are not going to die in three seconds and then build Rageblade. Its not as bad of a item on Shyvana as people make it out to be.
