So Banner is getting hot fixed .. right?

When the whole team is going item 3060, there's a problem. I used to complain that as a magic damage dealer, I couldn't use my spells to kill the banner minion. Now it doesn't matter what type of damage dealer you are, no one is killing the banner minion until it deals 1000 damage to your tower. Somethings wrong here Riot .. somethings definitely wrong here.

yes. they just reduced the dmg reduction from 70% to 40%
