mk, good to know that 1% per 1% missing is unlimited regen, not to mention that his unlimited scaling doesn't usually go above 200 unless you're super diligent, and it requires each one to be last hit, or to kill a champion for either +4 or +6 ap. Not to mention squishy, and his ult doesn't do nearly as much damage as many until lategame. Check out Syndra with 60% health done with just an ult half the time. Sure, get to lategame, and he'll take his cat dick and fuck you and your carries up the ass with it, but it's the same with Nasus and a few others, no?

Nasus doesn't 1 shot you. And his ult scales with AP MORE than 100%. It's OP the instant he gets his ult.

There's already six people that disagree heartily, but anyway. What's 120% scaling at level six when you have 90 ap. It also scales 80% off the enemies ap, why? Maybe it's because it's his job? He's the anti-mage mage. He makes the game so if you don't build survivability, you will die. Did you not see Final boss veigar tearing apart the website, he just gets stronger the longer the game goes on c: Also, I'm pretty sure zed getting 25% of his AD as a W passive is broken, tyvm.

Meh, W and E are both skillshots. Hir R is really the only thing holding Veigar back from getting any major buffs.Riot is usually against unavoidable abilities with that kind of damage.
