Yes it can. Invulnerability can trigger the cooldown, allies can steal the kill while he's in the animation, etc.

Kill steals aren't a bug, and that happens all the time in soloQ. He also needs to be in melee range to build up his ult damage. It deals negligible damage to anyone with armor before 5 stacks.

It does negligible damage to anyone with heath before 5 stacks, it always does true damage even with no stacks (just very little).

Are you sure about this? I remember someone, I think it was Camille, juking Darius's R with her own R, and then getting dunked right afterwards.

Depends on timing. The first part of the animation will just cause it to cancel, if you go invulnerable at the very end it should go on CD.
