I feel like we should have a Ranked dodge system.

I don't know how many times I've seen a troll in champ select and nobody dodge, and I can't tell you how many times there's been a troll on the enemy team, and I think to myself what was going on in their champion select?

I think if we're able to dodge like once every 10 ranked games this would solve the problem.

Why 10 though? Well, if Riot's statistics are correct, then we should meet one toxic person once every 2 games, whether that be your team or the enemy team. Most toxic players you can deal with, and make them play, or mute them, but then some just go completely toxic in champion select, and then cost the game afterwards. But some other people will just ban your main when you ask them not to ban, and last season. I remember a Hecarim who said he's going to feed, and took tp and revive. Some guy dodged our game, and I went back in, and wasn't on his team, but he was on the enemy team, and guess what he did. He fed the crap out of us, and their was nothing they could do about it.

I think this could also help the promotion situation we're in right now. Where you get stuck with a troll, and even if you win a lot of games you still lose in the end, because you lost 1 game to a troll, and the other to a fair played game.

Take the suggestion or not, but I think it could work.
