I haven't played any games on this patch, but I have done some testing with a fair bit of my old jungle champions with the new items, and my opinion is that the items aren't needed for their original goals.
Cinderhulk was needed by tank junglers to give them good clears in the mid game, but the new passives for the base jungle items eliminate many, if not all, of the clearing problems tanks have by the time they can get their Cinderhulk. I tested Nautilus in the jungle with two different clears, one with Cinderhulk and another with Crystalline Bracer and Giant's Belt (about the same cost with similar stats, but Cinderhulk gives the DoT passive and CB/GB combo gives more health and some health regen), and there was only a 15 second difference in clear speeds, and Cinderhulk's passive DoT isn't relevant enough in PVP combat to trade it out for another, more relevant item. Obviously results may vary with different champions, but Cinderhulk may not be needed for clear speeds anymore.
Runeglaive was needed by AP champions, in particular off-meta AP champions that you took jungling, in order to have enough mana sustain to clear your jungle and impact the map afterwards, and while I can't be sure the combination of the jungle item's new mana regen passive and the regen from Hunter's Potion's potions seems to eliminate most of these problems. This also doesn't include the fact that Runeglaive also comes way too late for when it's needed and is straight up terrible now, so I don't think most champions can afford to get Runeglaive now regardless of whether they could afford to before.
Devourer isn't necessarily needed by anyone in the jungle, but with the metagame shifting to be much faster it seems like devourer might not be as good anymore. If games are actually ending in 20 minutes on average then Devourer is unplayably bad because you don't have time to stack it.
Warrior might be the only saving grace in the jungle items at this point, but you can find other items that fill that same slot as well as it does because it has no unique passives about it. Obviously getting 35 extra AD from warhammer and jungle item to Warrior is a big deal, but it doesn't do anything interesting compared to other items.
