@Riot Opinions On Rageblade?

It isn't even built on hybrid champs that rely on AAs and proc effects. It requires 6 autoattacks to bring online, and even then it decays rapidly. It's only worth buying over a different item if:

Conditions

After 6 AAs, your build wouldn't have already killed them if you built something else.
You can AA over 6 times consecutively without getting kited.
Your kit has effects that can benefit from a double proc.
You can actually afford it, because it's pretty expensive.
You benefit from AD, AP and AS.

Are there any plans to address it, or is it in a spot you find acceptable?

There should be no changes until Kayle is reworked/deleted.

Thankfully won´t happen for a long while.

All rework candidates considered, Pantheon may get his and Ryze may get another one before the Kayle/Morg get theirs.

Like you pointed out, I also find it way to expensive for the same reasons. I've played a bit of attack speed teemo and supposedly it's a good idea to build it on him, but it's just too expensive to be viable when ahead...

That's what I mean. It's so niche, it's not useful when ahead or behind.

That is, Bork Titanic Yi, crit Yi doesn't really want it. Especially since they can all split push, so they can keep it stacked on minions.

The problem with already killing them within 6 autos is a meta problem, but I agree.

Shyv can theoretically stack it up nearly instantly with auto(1)+Q(3)+auto(4)+titanic(5)+auto(6), so 3 autos and because she gets attack speed it shouldn't be that hard. She also benefits from it a ton from Bloodrazor, Titanic, E %maxhealth onhit, W magic damage onhit, and possible Bork onhit. However it's only viable on a full duelist Shyv because else it leaves you way too squishy.

Crit Yi will kill almost anything in 6 autos, with the exception of full tanks which won't really pose a threat to him in a 1v1 regardless. Even if he was splitting and preemptively stacked his rage blade, I'm 90% sure that his DPS with crit would be higher.

I'm unconvinced that Jax wouldn't kill most thinks in 6 autos as well, but I'm not even sure Jax could get 6 autos off without getting kited. Granted, he'd be splitting, and could have 6 stacks up regardless, but the point stands; Jax kinda either lands his stun and bursts you or just gets kited.

I can't speak to Kayle or Xin because I've barely ever played them. EDIT: Shyv would just get kited, too, in most cases.
