For Jhin and Zed, take lethality marks and flat ad quints. As for MF, you could take either lethality marks or flat ad marks. On Lucian, its probably best to get flad ad.

started to use +24 lethality from runes(+lethality buff), now i'm 10/10 on him

what does your build look like for him? not sure how much I want to fit in his slots yet; do i still build IE/ER or do I go full lethal + raw AD/CDR?

Youmu+item 3134 is core then you take item 3031 , if they have something that can stop your ulti from a long distance take edge of the night before after infinity edge take either edge of the night, a last whisper item if they have too much armor, or duskblade

lethality is just way to go BUT this build makes your mana going so fast be really careful about that

Lethality quints and marks.

They're weaker early game, but after lvl 6 or so and building Lethality, oh how hard they outscale.
