Some of then need str8 up nerfs other need some power sift and other small fixes
This champions have problems they are way too strong with almost no counter play so they need to be fixed
I mean riot wants to balance this game? then they need to pay attention to this list when this champion are fixed then the game would be balanced

Yasuo is annoying as hell but nobody in silver knows how to play him, right so I always stomp him.
I've started playing Ekko mid and I can say one thing. His positioning is SO EASY and his damage is unreal. A bit overloaded.

Yeah, that is just it, he is annoying. He is also weak against other melee champions and loses to ranged champions that ignore his wind wall, haven't gotten a chance to play Mordekaiser against him in his new form, but for the most part, still should beat him, or hell, maybe even have a better time because of his new Q.

Meph, his stun is easy to telegraph and you just get away from it when he procs it up then continue to trade. Only thing about him I hate is his ulti, besides that, meph.

what ever champion you buff for top lane gnar would win the lane unless you play vlad or swain...and even then Gnar scale better late game....
So THAT A PROBLEM and that was just one example i can give you examples for all this champions why they need some nerfs or power shifting or fixes to their kit
