what does riot really want from junglers?

patch 5.22 since there's dragon at bot lane but nothing at top lane, junglers are more inclined to be at bot lane. So we are going to add in Rift Herald so that junglers have a reason to be at top lane.

patch 6.15 since there are objectives at both top and bot lane, we are seeing tower trading in pro plays. So we are going to gut bot lane towers so that junglers no longer have a reason to be at top lane.
