The only reason URF is always bitched at is that you gave every champion the same buff. That's why there are few broken champions and lots of useless champions, and that's why this mode is not as fun as it should be. DOTA has an IMBA mode, which gives every champion, or they are called heroes, anyway, that mode gives everyone unique buff. Everybody is op, nobody is broken.
