Random thought about sated

Why is it not melee only. I don't know of any actually ranged people who build it in the jungle (Kayle technically but making it melee only may actually solve her problems with it and synergy). I mean ADCs have been brought into the jungle before but I mean do they really need something that makes them do that much damage? I understand you want diversity, but sometimes you have to draw the line and say this diversity is a bit unhealthy (like they said about 5.17). This would completely uneffect the Azir change because he is melee with what it actually procs on (his soldiers).
