P Z1 votesWell I mean, Twitch is the absolute worst offender because all you do is use Q to get strong position, wait for enemy team to get distracted or crowd controlled by your team, pop your Derp and Derp and blow them up before any meaningful counterplay is possible. Just having Twitch on the map means yielding potential would-be advantages or feeding him the easiest fucking kills.
It's the dumbest champion in the game right now.
