Could Veigar's E Still Come Up Even If He Gets Deleted Before The Delay?
It's just kind of annoying seeing the circle show up then getting killed before it activates and seeing it disappear doing nothing. In some situations it still activating could turn around a team fight or punish a tower dive. There's also the rare occasion where your teammate gets baited by the circle and it disappearing gets them killed. Seems like a minor buff that just makes sense to apply.
