Xin always was one of fastest and strongest early junglers. As toplaner I have to say that Xin is one of most dangerous gankers. You cant escape from him like you can flash from J4 or Lee. So I was really surpriced when Xin get buffs of early game.
Sire Hippington2 votesi would also have preferd some small buffs to his mid-lategame instead of getting a stronger early. last time he was strong early, it was a nightmare, even more early ganking presure than lee or reksai. It also doesn't fix his core problem that is typical to fighters, beeing binary, either you destroy your enemies, or you get destroyed, nothing in between.

DragoonRuin2 votesYa, I have to agree with Axrios, the buffs they gave to Xin are VERY minimal. 20 max dmg on his E, and a little bit more sustain in his jungle clear. Albeit he really did not need the extra sustain, but, it's not going to make or break his game in either direction. Xin has always been a strong pick, he's just very binary like someone mentioned above. Kill or be Killed with no escape.
ABlueQuaker1 votesThink I'll start playing Xin Top again. His TP ganks are pretty deadly as early as Level 2 depending on skill order and he can dominate lanes with Doran's Blade x2 ---> Phage ---> Sheen ---> TriForce.
Not to mention he can probably set ganks up for his Jungler as well as Irelia/Maokai.
