Let’s face it, Celerity was mostly taken so people could stack movement speed and get a shit-ton of damage off of it.

I understand why you wouldn’t want the new version, but where do you people get off saying that it needs to be reverted?

It needs to be reverted because 4% bonus move speed to your bonus move speed (Thanks to the soft cap) is worthless garbage. If it were +20~30% then it might be useful.

It needs to be reverted because the new version is useless. It doesn't work with boots, and by the time you have a speed boost big enough to actually be worth taking this rune for? You've probably already hit at least one soft cap which will halve your speed.

Absolutely not. The old one was incredibly flawed by design; it left too much opportunity for it to be broken, especially in the damage meta we’ve been in.

I have no problem with you wanting it to be buffed, but a revert is not the way.
