Is my hatred for fiora justified?

I play singed alot and I often crush gold fioras in lane and snowball my team with that, but I always find that after the fiora builds 1 damage item and an mr tank item, spectres cowl, or several tank items, she can suddenly duel me and if I try and force the fight I will probably die with her doing 40+% of my health as true damage. I, of course, have learned at this point of the game to ignore her when splitting and force team fights etc to play around it. As a singed I often find I can be tanky and still destroy an enemies back line early, but once the adc gets mr and lifesteal I can't really do much damage. But I feel fiora can often still do alot of damage to squishies with 1 damage item if I don't peel, but luckily I do peel. So obviously there are ways to play around her, I am not claiming she is op, but I still find myself annoyed and harboring a hatred for that champ. Is this just another "I need to get gud" moment, or is any of my hatred justified?
