I have had way too many instances when I am playing a normal with a 3 man or 4 man and they can just troll you in game or in champ select by banning your champs and constantly verbal abusing and sometimes even being racist, yet if u say anything they will gang up to convince the enemy team that you are the toxic one, and that you should be reported. I haven't ever been banned so I am curious, how do these troll reports from 3/4 mans effect me?

unfortunately they can taunt you all game and report you x4, and it'll be true even though you were heavily taunted. All my bans are from soloing in flex queue, learned my lesson, haven't got banned since.
If it's like DotA then no. Ask the riot themselves.
reports count if they are true...
if you truly are not guilty of doing anything you cant be punished.
How do you think they do? Do you think Riots system thinks since a premade group of people reported you, it automatically punishes you? Wouldn't that be silly? Come on... obviously all that matters, is if you actually were toxic or cheated or whatever you got reported for actually happened.
