Zoe's Nerf

I am actually dying laughing at this stuff now. People hate Zoe because of the wonderful clips from LCK and other games where Zoe ult Qs somebody and they 100-0, and this is shown by her 67.65% ban rate. Riots Patch Notes: "Paddle Star's current cooldown doesn't give opponents long enough windows to take advantage of." Now this statement might make you think, dam that cooldown is getting gutted, going to have a nice window to work around now between her constant one shot combos every 6-8 seconds... NOPE. .25 second increase rank 1 going to a 1 second increase at rank 5. Thanks for that impressive window Riot.

Part of me still wonders if this is just a meme, and that the real patch notes will be released at a later time...
