Annie Ultimate Change

As it is there really isn't much to warn you against an Annie who is easily the biggest nuker in the game. Can we change her ultimate to an AOE Skillshot Bomb? Like Ziggs ultimate, where Annie actually tosses the teddy bear form of Tibbers and upon impact, turns into the mean nasty Tibbers? With all the damage Annie does, I feel like this small addition to her ultimate can provide more counterplay as far as knowing when to proc a shield, or a flash to try to avoid a portion of her nuke damage.
