It would be kinda cool to have a legitimately funny champion that actually works with the lore.

Comedy is relative what one considers funny is different from each person for instance After reading the fortune and shadows lore I find olaf hilarious , and based on his role in tgat lore he was the comic relief

What I would like is a champion who's facade is hilarity and comic relief, where they is so over the top that they appears to be stupidly designed. Although once you dig deeper in his/her lore, you realize that this is actually to cover up some depression or hole in their mental state.

There is pretty much nothing dark about him,his lore is about how his ball machine was accidently too strong and used to defend his town.
