He's gonna be strong, like really freaking strong with all of those buffs shoved into 1 patch.
The only changes I can see being GOOD for Bard would be the base armor, the auto range buff, and the chimes mana restoration buff for now.
Don't overkill on the buffs, we don't want another new champ being presumed UP, get a shit ton of buffs, then nerfed when people figure out how to play him.

His Qs damage is increased by 5 each level starting at rank 2, he has a slightly better ap ratio on his 1 damage ability and Es already negligable mana cost is just gone. I'm excited for the AA range and the armor, beyond that everything else is sprinkles.

I'd rather see him overpowered for a couple patches while people figure out how to play him and what to do with his kit. Even if it would mean that he'd get nerfed back down eventually.
As of right now, nobody knows what to do with him and there's very little incentive to pick him over any of the common supports.
