Why is Sylas allowed to deal more damage with the Ult he stole more than the owner of the ult?

Title A champion like Ahri is balanced around having 3 dashes with her Kit But when Sylas steals her Ult , not only he gets 3 dashes ( with the 2 dashes he already has ) , his Ult ( the Stolen Ahri Ult ) deals more damage than Ahri's ult despite having more AP than him.

It sucks picking Ahri into Sylas then he does more damage than you with your own Ult while watching him dashing around then proc his passive freely for every dash

Not only Ahri tho , the same goes for other Ultimates that don't deal much dmg , maybe like Shaco's Ult Clone explosion? not sure about the numbers , can't think of other examples but Ahri's Ult is the best Example .

Imho. Instead of designing a champ that steals ults how about give him his own ult.

Yup as Ashe main it is mad annoying that his ult does WAAAY more damage than my own for two reasons:

Enchanted Crystal Arrow scales with AP not AD.
He's an AP champion.

I think they should change the scaling on Enchanted Crystal Arrow from 100% of AP to some fraction of AD. It would be fine if Ashe had ANY OTHER AP SCALINGS but she doesn't, can't even justify buying one single piece of AP.

All Hijacked ultimates and abilities that do not scale with ability power have their attack damage ratios converted to ability power ratios, scaling with 0.6% AP per 1% total AD, and 0.4% AP per 1% bonus AD.

here's why.

If I read this correctly....

An ultimate that scales with 100% total AD would scale with 60% AP for Sylas.

An ultimate with 100% bonus AD scaling (like Talon R) would scale with 40% AP for Sylas.

When stealing an ult with an AP ratio, Sylas uses whatever ratios that ability has. The only way for him to deal more damage with it than you do when you have more AP is if he has more magic pen or you're affected with PtA or something.
