As any early buy? No. You will fall behind so much. And FM is in a pretty bad spot: Black Cleaver works just as good (if not better)

I don't think FM stacks with her passive. If you want health+AD, consider TF because at least that gives her MS and crit or get BC for cd and armor shred.

This is like buying Rylai's Scepter for a Sejuani. Not worth buying items with CC that a certain champion already naturally has it.
