Unique Active - Lockdown: Locks a target enemy champion down for 3 seconds, preventing them from using spells that grant mobility, excluding Flash, Ghost, and Teleport (120 Second Cooldown).
Builds from Giant's Belt + Cloth Armor + Cloth Armor + 1400 Gold
I feel like this item should be introduced so champs like Riven and Vayne still need to know how to position and cant get a free ticket out of dangerous situations. 
Would remove the lockdown effect.
