How to nerf Lux

Decrease passive duration to 2 seconds. Now you're not zoned for 6 seconds because she hit a undodgeable skillshot.

They need to make it so you can't instant pop E off. It's so stupid. Almost every Lux player just use it as a instant poke when its a long ass zoning skill. There's not much point in even letting it sit on the ground when you can instant pop it off for damage AND the slow.

I would say no to the first part, and yes to the second part. Riot had their reasons to give her that utility. (A utility that Gragas has, so it's not even unique.) But yes, there's no reason to let it sit. (when there should be a reason.)

If we looked at Gragas, his Barrels have ramping damage and slow if the barrels is cooked. So for a lux E, you could add scaling damage if the light sits for a few seconds. A more unique Idea I had might be to reduce her AoE initially, but give it scaling size as it is cooked.

I m playing mainly Lux in midlane now, and I love her. I think this could be an acceptable change that wouldn't affect her too much but would make the lane so much less stressing for her opponent, and force the Lux to pay more attention to the e use ( if u don't proc the passive the poke from e is not worth the mana it costs)

If they HAVE to hit Lux, this seems a fair change to make. I really think she's fine though and I'd rather see more mages brought up to her her level instead of seeing her shot down. She's the only non-assassin mage I ever see anymore in mid. Where are my Veigars, , Vel'koz, Viktors and other mages who DON'T start with V?
