Can we lower the jungle HP --> increase spawn times?

So they actually engage with the team.

Seriously noobs can't figure out how to jungle.. <_<

Nerf krugs please. They take WAY too long to clear even at higher levels.

Pretty much any jungle creep takes forever to kill unless you smite the big one.

Golems.. are pretty god damn annoying. And many time's I'll be doing a standard clear I'll end up with HALF HP. That's ridiculous.

Jungle really is the aids of all lanes tbh. You are always either low health or behind in levels and you can't afford to buy armor or MR until mid to late game.

increasing spawn times would set them back, would it not?

No it would make them either A- invade more, or B- push towers / gank more
