i feel like the dragon changes didnt do their job very well

from what i understand, they/it was changed to create more strategy, different teams would want different dragons (they're called drakes now?) depending on their comp. But i think the issue is that the stats they give are too general. everyone needs them so everyone tries to get each one equally and they dont provide specific advantages to specific champs. there is no reason you would want to kill/prevent the enemy from killing a certain drake over the others.

this is why i think the drakes need to be changed to that they interact with champs more specifically. this is what i had in mind:

cloud drake-mana costs reduced by 3/4/5% ocean-all ms boosts are increased by 5/7/9% mountain-gap closers have 10/15/20 increased range infernal- dps effects last 1/1.5/2 seconds longer

Thats even worse than the current dragons. The current dragons are huge. Having 16% missing health out of combat mana/health regen is HUGE. Having AD/AP % increases is HUGE. Having MS buffs is, eh? Having objective taking buffs is pretty good.

The dragons are an early/mid game changer... Elder drake...man, the buff isn't hardly noticed... The % given by infernal drake seems to be broken and doesn't stack with other items at all. The % of true damage done to turrets is also broken.

So... Maybe these static percentages should be re-evaluated.
