Patch 5.17 notes

"Welcome to patch 5.17 - The one where we totally change the balance of the game to make sure you keep getting the meta you hate most! So get ready for buffs to all assassins and ADC's, nerfs to tanks, and removal of defense items. Don't panic, we have some "compensation" for those champs that will be affected. We feel that ADC's and assassins aren't reaching their end game fantasies in 150% of their games so we have decided to make some changes" #context

** All defense items have been removed entirely. To compensate for this all tanky supports have had all cooldowns increased by 25% and all targeted abilities have been reworked into skillshots.

** Shen, amumu, dr mundo, malphite, Maokai, rammus, sejuani, shyvanna, singed, sion, zac, and volibear have been reclassified as "off carries" and have had their armor, magic resist, and hp reduced.

** Akali, Fizz, Zed, Katarina, Lee sin, Riven, Talon, and Yasuo have all received buffs. These are great champions in Diamond and above but we noticed that they were ending their games with less than 10 kills in 7% of bronze games. #context

Oh, we have also released 17 skins. These are part of our new skin line titled "slighly green tinted" where we adjust the contrast on old skins to make them appear slightly green. These are priced at 975RP each or 20,000RP for the set.
