I wont name the guy (cause i wouldnt do it without their permission), but someone made a really good point about ahri recently.

The gist of it was "ahri is like janna where she isnt op at all but is hard to win against"

This is honestly a good summary of ahri right now.

That means she's OP. Being hard to win against means they are inherently more powerful than you are, meaning they are op.

Depends on how you look at it. Jayce is hell to lane against earlygame, but you can beat him if you let him fall off during lategame teamfights. A champion can be hard to win lane against, and still be more or less fair when it comes to winning games.
