Does anyone actually think Katarina's damage against immobile targets is okay?

This Katarina was 1-2-0. She took 100% of my health in less than 3 seconds, under my turret, meaning she took only two turret shots.

I flipped her out of ult immediately, so it did nothing. She got one dagger pick up from Preparation, while I was slowed by Cutlass. She did not have Ignite.

There is literally nothing I can do against this; if she had gotten her ult off or had Ignite, I would have died even faster.

A champion not needing major pieces of their kits to all-in someone under a turret is not healthy.
