Everyone picks them, everyone says they are fun to play, those champions are actually very powerful picks if played correctly and picked at the right time against the right composition. However, 90% of people cannot play them correctly and just blind pick them into anything, and either feed, or even if they do not feed and even become fed themselves, they do not know how to play late game.

I kind of see Ezreal as the Warwick of ADCs because if you suck and don't know how to position or kite or autoattack or play ADC whatsoever you can always just pick Ezreal for a safe, reliable, and EZ time.

But having skill and knowledge of a champion to performs to the max takes time usually for lee sin it is around 100-200 games where you start getting a feel and more confidence to make risky plays, and in my opinion that is a healthy game style rewarding players that have taken the time to learn a champion to the max.
