Lux is garbage. She needs to be fixed to deal with mobile champions.

Just lost a game, while we were winning by a large margin.

Why? Because I was playing Lux mid.

The enemy team's Irelia and Vi just dived me and there's nothing I could do to stop it, let alone touch an enemy carry. Vi flashes with Q in and presses R, I Hourglass it. I come out of Hourglass and Irelia hops onto me. I cannot bind Irelia. I cannot escape Irelia. I'm stuck there, unable to move, and unable to even get a combo off before I die.

Meanwhile, the enemy LeBlanc is destroying our AD carry, as our front lines can't stick on her and she does more damage than I do.

This is pretty dumb. There's no way to even play Lux against highly mobile champions like this.

Lux is one of the longest ranged champions in the game, she can certainly kill things before melee champions can even reach her.

Her range is so long and affords her so much safety Mejai's is actually a pretty common purchase on Lux, where no amount of durability, speed, CC, sustain, stealth, invulnerability, minion army, or projectile blocking wall makes Mejai's or Occult a good idea on just about anyone else.

Lux's range is such a massive asset that failing to get a legendary streak in ARAM is pretty much bringing dishonor to your household.

You're arguing you can't snipe opponents before melee champions stop you.

You're salty because you lost.

Irelia's range is 1300 with a caster minion. Vi's range is 1525. Lux's range is 1175.

Is 1300 less than 1175? How about 1525? And more importantly, why are Bronze players posting in the balance forums?

Your not supposed to win a 1v2, especially against 2 assassins, and considering that lux does burst damage while Irelia Vi have the tendency to build very tanky, that was just a fight you should have walked away from.

Lux is deadly with a team who can peel for her and follow up on her snares, your team shouldn't be letting any assassins get near you. If they do, then snare them and let your team neutralize them.

If the other team picks two champions and then builds them and dedicates them to shutting you down specifically, it would be kind of dumb if you COULD stop them without your teammates backing you up.

You do realize you wouldn't have been able to bind her even if you were any other champion right? It's not like anyone else can get out of that stun either. What has this got anything to do with Lux? Nothing you said has anything to do with her specifically having a problem in that scenario since if you were to play any other champion it would have been the same result.

A bind isn't a stun. It does nothing against mobile champions; the bind is completely worthless once they're on you, as they can still attack you, and it's worn off before you get out of their range.

At the same time, most other champions have big and very fast burst. Lux's entire combo takes seconds, can be negated by moving through her, and 2/3 of it can't hit something that's used a targeted dash on top of her, unless she moves away first, which takes more time.

It's never Yenn's fault, even when he gets outplayed.
