Is just damage out of control, or is it much more?
Damage is out of whack. Shields are insane right now. Healing seems broken. I feel like everything needs to be scaled down.

The meta for a carry is essentially either you get one-shotted or the shields come in fast enough to completely negate all the burst damage dealt.
