ADCs are, infact, op and too strong atm. I am stating a fact. Do not put me under the same label as the idiots who make exaggerated and false claims about ADCs because they're mad.

It's not just klepto, Ezreal is strong no matter what state the meta is in. Not that long ago ADCs were laughably weak but Ezreal donned a loincloth and went foraging in the jungle and thrived in that role. He will always be OP no matter what. Klepto is just another tool in his championship belt.
