supes the lost1 votesEvelynn's Q, if I remember correctly, qualifies as an AoE ability and now slows target by 40% for 1 second, also, ulti provides a stronger slow and will simply override the slow from Rylai's, though it does technically attempt to put a 40% slow on the enemy since her ult is an AoE as well.
