I agree, it is balanced. I am so glad you are helping people understand that Jarvan is currently balanced, instead of just bitching about "OMG THIS CHAMP OP" like most scrubs.

And then they go off nerfing champs that dont need the nerfing. Or just completely going crazy and removing usefull items + crazy nerfing.

I got a quadra with Galio R once. Op.

Jarvan with two adc items does a lot of damage but has no tankiness. Why didn't you just kill him back?
