Take any 2 champions with less than 200 health and I guarantee you, Vladimir's Q( transfusion ) won't go off before the enemy uses their ability to kill me first. Is there any explanation as to why? It would be fairer if we both killed each other but not like this?!
Eternal Torment3 votesvlad's Q heal actually does not have any delays, but the cast does have a 0.25 animation. if you die within those 0.25 seconds, then you are nothing short of VERY unlucky.
i guess you just had a very bad day, trust me, it happens so much to me when i Play him.

Eternal Torment2 votesdon't worry. your bad luck will end soon and then you will be healing yourself all 3 seconds up for more than a full crit cait that lands a headshot with charged warlords and bloodthirster does.
luck, be it good or bad, is never permanent. so just breathe a bit, maybe try to find a way to Play around the cast time for vlad's Q and then rekt your enemies :D
